The Association is constantly striving for greater excellence by adopting a more aggressive approach to enhance its performance. Hence, the formation of Malaysian Water Management Sdn Bhd (MWM) and Malaysian Water Research Sdn Bhd (MWR) in 1999 which will spearhead revenue generating activities. The two companies will take the lead and move in tandem with MWA and the government to achieve a more modern and efficient water management for the country in line with the changing times, technology and human resources development to meet new challenges in the 21st century.
