Membership in the Association shall be of four grades: Honorary, Ordinary, Institutional and Associate.

a.	Honorary Membership A person distinguished in public life or by service to the Association
b.	Ordinary Membership A person who possesses a tertiary qualification or holds a position of responsibility in an organization acceptable to the Council for Ordinary Membership, and who is involved in the water supply or wastewater industry.
c.	Institutional Membership A legally constituted professional institution, association, firm, company, organization or any other similar body whose activities include or concern the water supply or wastewater industry.
d.	Associate Membership A person who is keenly interested in the water supply or wastewater industry but not eligible for election to other classes of membership.

Entrance Fees Ordinary & Associate Institutional	: RM 120.00 : RM 1000.00
Annual Subscriptions Ordinary & Associate Institutional	: RM 60.00 : RM 500.00
The fees may be amended from time to time at a General Meeting of the Association.
